Acting as Principle Contractor for the first phase of the works, over 1000m3 of concrete was pumped into this residential development in the centre of Walsall, West Midlands.
The work involved excavating 9.000mm below the kerb level of an existing carriageway to accommodate an under ground car park to the scheme.
The temporary road support system alone, weighed in at some 120 tons, not to mention a continuous ground water problem with some 9 natural springs on the site.
